Meet Cheryl,With 8 years of experience in sports management, Cheryl plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of DBA’s basketball programs. Her dedication to teamwork and excellence greatly enhances the overall academy experience.

Meet Coach Irhad, born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, has over 20 years of coaching experience in Girona, Spain, including roles with Akasvayu Girona, Sant Josep Girona, and as Technical Director at Club Basquet Salt. He has developed players competing in the ACB League, ABA League, and NCAA and is committed to helping young athletes grow as both players and individuals.

Meet Coach Cesc, from Spain, is a FIBA-licensed coach with over 38 seasons of experience since 1987. He brings extensive expertise in youth development and player scouting. A former Sports Director and coach educator for the Basketball Federation of Catalonia, Cesc is known for his leadership, professionalism, and ability to help players reach their highest potential on and off the court.

Meet Coach Aleksandar, a dedicated FIBA-licensed basketball coach with 12 years of coaching experience. Aleksandar comes from Serbia, and he has built his career on developing young athletes and guiding them to reach their highest potential. Having played and coached in multiple countries worldwide, he brings a truly global perspective to the game.For the past 2.5 years, Alberto has been coaching in Dubai, leveraging his extensive background in various clubs and academies to develop athletes both individually and as part of a team.

Meet Coach Augustin has been involved in basketball since the age of 8, playing professionally in four countries before transitioning to coaching. With over 14 years of coaching experience and a background in philosophy and sports management, he focuses on player development, game strategy, and mentorship—helping young athletes grow in skill, discipline, and character.

Meet Stefan is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience preparing elite athletes in basketball, Olympic weightlifting, and track & field. Originally from Serbia, Stefan started his career at Partizan Belgrade, he now specializes in Olympic weightlifting, jump and speed development, and injury prevention, helping athletes achieve peak performance.

Meet coach Anja, a U19 Girls MVP across the UAE, has proudly represented both Serbia and the UAE in international competitions. Now beginning her coaching journey, she brings fresh energy, passion, leadership, and a winning mindset to the court, inspiring the next generation of players.
